Case Study: Annie’s Frozen Pizza

Evaluated market segmentation, product mix, pricing strategy, potential channel conflict and distribution challenges for a premium organic brand as they looked to expand into frozen pizzas. I took a contrarian approach, arguing that launching the product through Target would allow the brand mass access without sacrificing the brand’s premium appeal.
